The furnace was delivered as fully modularised assemblies, each weighing up to 850T and trial-assembled with piping, insulation, controls and instrumentation installed, tested and pre-commissioned to the maximum extent. This approach significantly reduces site construction hours and supports efficient project execution.
A bespoke 100T lifting frame (certified to 1250T SWL) was engineered to support safe, controlled module handling throughout load-out.
